Benefits and Wages
Benefits and wages are governed by two separate collective bargaining agreements (CBA).

Teachers are under the Jaffrey-Rindge Education Association (JREA). A link to the current CBA can be found here.

Paraprofessionals and custodians fall under the Jaffrey-Rindge Support Staff Association (JRSSA). A link to the current CBA can be found here. Starting July 1, 2023, a new CBA will take place - that document can be found here.

Please note, the district offers a $1,000 shift differential for special education teachers.
