Facilities Schedule Requests

Site Access

Master Library Schedules is a web-based software that the school district uses to manage schedule requests from district staff and community users. The link to the school district’s portal can be found here. It is highly recommended that you save this link as a bookmark or shortcut to allow streamlined access to the software.

Login Credentials - District Staff

All district staff members with an "@sau47.org" email address are automatically added as users to Master Library. To log in, select the “Log In with Google” icon and use the same login credentials for your "@sau47.org" email to access Master Library.

How to Submit a Schedule Request

Below is a training video from Master Library on submitting a schedule request. Written instructions with pictures can be found here as well.

In order to submit a schedule request the requesting user/group will need to sign the Facilities Use Agreement and agree to all the terms outlined in School Board policy KF-R: Use of School Buildings and Facilities Procedure. These documents are also in MasterLibrary and the user will be prompted to review them there

Fee Waiver Request

Your organization must be registered in our Master Library System as a Priority 5 group to request a waiver of facility fees. Please complete your request in Master Library before you submit this form.
