Master Library Schedules is a web-based software that the school district uses to manage schedule requests from district staff and community users. The link to the school district’s portal can be found here. It is highly recommended that you save this link as a bookmark or shortcut to allow streamlined access to the software.
Login Credentials - District Staff
All district staff members with an "@sau47.org" email address are automatically added as users to Master Library. To log in, select the “Log In with Google” icon and use the same login credentials for your "@sau47.org" email to access Master Library.
Login Credentials - Community Users
Community users are required to create an account in order to submit schedule requests. Select the “Create New Account” link to open the new account setup page. Beside that link is a link to an instructional video that is very helpful.
How to Submit a Schedule Request

In order to submit a schedule request the requesting user/group will need to sign the Facilities Use Agreement and agree to all the terms outlined in School Board policy KF-R: Use of School Buildings and Facilities Procedure. These documents are also in MasterLibrary and the user will be prompted to review them there
Fee Waiver Request
Your organization must be registered in our Master Library System as a Priority 4 or 5 group to request a waiver of facility fees. Please complete your request in Master Library before you submit this form.
