Good evening JRCSD families and staff,
We are pleased to continue our conversations about hopes and dreams for young children in our communities (birth-age 8). Our process began last month with questions, such as:
What about our communities and schools makes you proud to raise or work with children here?
If you had three wishes for young children in our communities, what would they be?
During our next gatherings, we will begin to prioritize themes from these initial conversations. This will lead us toward a shared vision for possible pilot projects that can be implemented using our community schools planning grant funding.
As a reminder, the Jaffrey-Rindge Cooperative School District (JRCSD) has received a planning grant to improve the coordination, accessibility, and effectiveness of services for children (birth-age 8). Collaboration and partnership building are essential. Our planning must include the perspectives of parents, caregivers, educators, business leaders, community organizations, and the healthcare profession. We value your voice in this process, so please plan to join us for one of the November conversations. Thank you to those who responded to our meeting survey. We chose two times that seemed to accommodate the greatest number of individuals. Feel free to choose whichever meeting best fits your schedule.
