The new lights have been installed in both Conant High School and Jaffrey Rindge Middle School. They may not look too exciting but they take less than one third the power compared to the old fluorescent lights and they dim!
Next up are propane tanks. Rindge Memorial School was the first to get new tanks.
The tanks are tied down to concrete blocks to make sure they don't pop out of the ground if we have a flood while the tanks are low.
Bollards are placed to protect the tanks from possible accidents, the hole is filled and we move on to the next step.
Jaffrey Grade School came next. First we dig a hole and a trench for the tanks and gas lines.
Next, we start placing tanks.
Stay tuned for more exciting updates!
